Here is our approach for creating Project on Deal closure in Zoho CRM
Approach
We can create project by using integration setup available in Zoho CRM
Method 1. Adding Zoho Projects on related list in Zoho CRM

| 1. Method 1 helps you to configure integration between Zoho CRM & Zoho Projects . |
| 2. It allows you to add closed won Deal into project manually by adding project into Zoho Projects related list in the Deal entry which is closed won |
Use case 1: Before Integration
Zoho Projects was not added in the related list of "Deals" module
Step 1. Configuring integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
1.1 Tap on "Setup"
1.2 Tap on "Zoho" from "Marketplace"
1.3 Tap on "Setup now"
1.4 Tap on "Get Started"
1.5 Enter Email Id and select the portal name
1.6 Tap on "Map Now"
1.7 Map the required fields
1.8 Tap on "Save" then open "Deals" module and check the related list
Use case 2: After Integration
Zoho Projects has added into the related list of "Deals" module
Use case 3: Deal which was not added into Zoho Projects
Zoho Project related list for selected deal is empty
Step 2. Adding Deal into Zoho Projects using related list in Zoho CRM
2.1 Open a Deal entry which you want to add into Zoho Projects and tap on "+" from Zoho Project related list
2.2 Fill up required fields and tap on save to add Deal into projects
Use case 4: Deal which was added into Zoho Projects
Now the Deal has been converted into project and added into related list of Zoho Projects also into Zoho Projects
Method 2. Create Project for Closed won deal using "Workflow Rules" in Zoho CRM
Step 1. Create Workflow

| 1. This workflow helps you to add "Closed Won " deals into Zoho Projects automatically |
1.1 Go to "Setup" --->Tap on "Workflow Rules" from "Automation"
1.2 Tap on "Create Rule"
1.3 Fill up the mandatory fields
1.4 Select "Field Update" and Select "Stage"
1.5 Choose rule to apply for entries select "Closed Won"
1.6 Select "Function" from "Instant Action"
1.7 Tap on "Write your own"
1.8 Fill up mandatory fields
1.9 Copy paste the code and Tap on "Edit Arguments"
1.10 Select the argument & choose "deal_Id" and give parameter name as "deal_id"
